What You Need to Know

Which payment methods do you accept?

unmarked accepts all electronic forms of payment.

What are your customer service hours?

Our hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST & Saturday 12pm-5pm.

Why should I subscribe to email list?

Subscribing to emails allow you to be up to date on future promotions/sales, upcoming events as well as new product releases.

How will I know that unmarked received my order?

you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided along with a receipt. Please be sure to double check your email address before submitting your order. You may have to check your spam folder for order confirmation.

How long is processing for wholesale orders?

Depending on how much the quantity is for your order, processing can be anywhere between 2-4 weeks. However, if it's processed sooner, you will receive a follow up email.

Are all products actually handmade?

Yes. We manufacture and hand make every product we offer.
