I have read the store policy and I agree to the terms that I am the cardholder of the credit/debit card used for any purchases made through the website. I agree this is purchase is not fraudulent and if so by checking this box I will be held responsible if deemed fraudulent. I agree there will be penalties and I will be blocked from making any future purchases. ( We have necessary precautions in place that will block you from purchasing from us.

In the case where you claim your purchase was made by someone other than yourself and/or your shipment is showing delivered. If you claim you did not receive your package and you file a false chargeback. We will provide detailed paperwork to your bank as proof. By checking the box at checkout, you are agreeing to all of the terms above. Thank you!
 
To prevent fraudulent activities on our website, our system will automatically flag high risk orders. When this occurs, there will be an email sent after your purchase that will prompt you to upload and ID verify your identity as the cardholder. All information collected on our website and via ID verification application will always remain confidential and not stored as data.

The ID will only remain in our system until your order is delivered, then will be deleted permanently. Some triggers for high risk orders can be different mailing and billing addresses, failed debit/credit card verification or orders over a certain dollar amount. This system is in place ONLY to verify your identify. As fraud is at an all time high, we want to ensure of customer's and our business is protected. When purchasing from our website, you agree to this terms and conditions. 
 
Please take into consideration that all of our products are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic orders ( NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) plus additional time for shipping through selected courier.  For international shipping allow up 1+ weeks for shipping. Thank you!


Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY which excludes weekends and holidays.
All of our orders are shipped via shipping courier USPS. Once your package label is created, you will receive an email confirmation. Expected shipping times are just an estimate. You may track your package via USPS website. Shipping times are subject to change via USPS due to COVID-19.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING may take 1-3+ weeks depending on customs processing and expected delays due to COVID -19. PLEASE NOTE: If you are receiving a international shipment you are RESPONSIBLE for any BROKERAGE, IMPORTING fees or any other ADDITIONAL fees upon arrival of your shipment. As part of our shipping process we are ONLY responsible for the creation of the shipping label with the designated courier. Please take this into consideration when placing an international order as we are not responsible for any other fees.  
Unmarked. will not be held liable/responsible for any lost or damaged goods. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.
